Service Description
Chair yoga is a gentle and accessible form of yoga that adapts traditional yoga poses and stretches to be performed while seated on a chair or using it for support. This inclusive practice is designed to make the benefits of yoga accessible to individuals with mobility challenges, limited flexibility, or those who may find it difficult to practice yoga on a mat. In chair yoga, participants engage in a series of modified yoga poses, stretches, and breathing exercises that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation—all from the comfort of a chair. The practice often incorporates mindful breathing techniques, allowing individuals to cultivate a sense of inner calm and mindfulness.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Series are a set number of weeks and a set time each week. They are pre-paid upfront therefore are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registering for a series means you are committed to coming each week and if you are unable to attend that week there will be no refunds or credits issued. The doors to the studio are locked promptly when class starts. There is to be no late entry to class out of respect for the teacher and other members.
