What to expect:
* Warm welcome and gentle warm up to start. (no yoga experience required. Suitable for all ages, all bodies, and all abilities). * Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) to balance the body/mind after our warm-up. * A 60+ minute Yoga Nidra journey. * 30 minutes of Sound Healing. Expect to be bathed by the indescribable energy, frequencies, and vibrations of a 30" Symphonic Gong, a powerful set of Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Sacred Drumming, Tingsha Bells, Rain Sticks, and more.
This is a practice done laying down on your yoga mat (or your chair if you would like to bring one), eyes closed on your back/reclined, completely relaxed in corpse pose, or "savasana."
What to bring:
