About the event
Led by our RMT, with a focus on Golfers, you will progress through entire chains of the body's connective tissues for pain-free mobilizations with a special focus on back and rotation stretches. Participants are encouraged to explore the spaces in their own bodies with movements that are effective and efficient in a non-competitive atmosphere. You'll leave stretched and unstressed with some helpful tips that may just improve your game!
