Indulge your senses and nourish your soul with a cacao ceremony and heart flow experience. Using the rich, ancient tradition of cacao you will be guided through a journey of self discovery and in'her' exploration as you tap into soul energy, opening your heart in a sacred space for healing and connection.
Connecting and moving with the divine femme by dropping into the body and moving with the energy.

Kundalini/Breathwork ~ Release what no longer serves you, activate your chakras and ignite the light within
Cacao ~ Awaken and Connect with the loving flow of divine feminine energy
Somatic movement ~ Embody your higher self through self expression movement (think somatic work)
