Move through this season feeling stronger, steadier, and more connected to your body 💛 This supportive Reformer Pilates series is designed for women navigating perimenopause & menopause, with a focus on strength, mobility, balance, core & pelvic floor support, stress relief, and bone health — all in a welcoming, judgment-free space. Expect feel-good movement, functional strength, lots of encouragement, and maybe even a few laughs along the way 😉
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Series are a set number of weeks and a set time each week. They are pre-paid upfront therefore are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registering for a series means you are committed to coming each week and if you are unable to attend that week there will be no refunds or credits issued. The doors to the studio are locked promptly when class starts. There is to be no late entry to class out of respect for the teacher and other members.
