Service Description
A supportive movement series designed to strengthen, stabilize, and connect you to your changing body through pregnancy. Note: This prenatal Mat Pilates series is designed to support movement during pregnancy; however, every pregnancy is different. By attending, you confirm that you have received approval from your healthcare provider to participate in exercise. Please listen closely to your body throughout class and modify or rest as needed. You are encouraged to avoid any movements that feel uncomfortable, increase pressure, or cause dizziness or strain. Supine (lying on your back) positions may be used only for a short duration in early pregnancy and are generally avoided or modified after the first trimester (around 12–16 weeks), depending on comfort. Options such as side-lying or seated variations will always be offered. If at any point you feel unwell, dizzy, short of breath, or uncomfortable, please stop immediately and inform the instructor. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

Cancellation Policy
Series are a set number of weeks and a set time each week. They are pre-paid upfront therefore are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registering for a series means you are committed to coming each week and if you are unable to attend that week there will be no refunds or credits issued. The doors to the studio are locked promptly when class starts. There is to be no late entry to class out of respect for the teacher and other members.
