Service Description

Start your day off right by joining us for an energizing and rejuvenating all-levels yoga class designed to awaken your mind, body, and spirit. We will move through a series of yoga poses (Asana) all while connecting to your breath (Pranayama) in a way that will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the day ahead!

Cancellation Policy

Class registration may be rescheduled/canceled online or via the app up to 3 hours before class start time. Should you cancel within the 3-hour window or miss a booked class a $15.00 late cancel/no-show fee will be charged to your payment method on file.
