Service Description
This class is performed with the infrared panels on, upstairs. Start your day off right by joining us for an energizing and rejuvenating, beginner-friendly yoga class designed for all levels, to awaken your mind, body, and spirit. We will move through a series of yoga poses that incorporate gentle bodyweight exercises, all while connecting to your breath in a way that will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the day ahead!

Cancellation Policy
Class registration may be rescheduled/canceled online or via the app up to 3 hours before class start time. Should you cancel within the 3-hour window or miss a booked class a $15.00 late cancel/no-show fee will be charged to your payment method on file.
