Service Description

Small Group (6 max) Advance booking recommended. A 45-minute, full-body Pilates class that blends mat work with time on the reformer for a balanced and effective workout. Each class is thoughtfully designed to move between mat and apparatus—sometimes starting on one, sometimes combining both—using each where it supports your body best. You’ll build strength, improve mobility, and develop better body awareness through controlled, intentional movement. Inspired by classical Pilates, this class focuses on breath, control, and quality over speed. Small props like the Pilates ball or magic circle may be added to keep things interesting and support the work. All levels welcome, with options and guidance provided so you can move in a way that feels right for you. *GRIP SOCKS MANDATORY*
